AblePay Health is saving Members Time and Money

As a new member, we want to ensure you have as much information regarding your membership, how it works, and all the benefits we provide. Please take a few minutes to set up your Member Portal, review the welcome guide, and watch the video.

Thank you for putting your trust in AblePay!

We created this virtual welcome guide to give you all the necessary information to understand and get the most from your membership.

Please use the “Full Screen” button in the lower right corner to enlarge the flipbook. The arrows (< >) will allow you to navigate the pages at your leisure. If you would like a hard copy of the welcome guide, please let us know, and we will gladly send one to you.

This short video shows the overall process and how you will pay bills via your Member Portal.

We also highlight other features on the Portal, such as locating providers across the country that are accepting AblePay or how to change your default payment term.

In addition, we answer some frequently asked questions and address how our billing advocates are available to assist you with questions.

Don’t Forget to set up your Portal!

The Member Portal is where you’ll find your account information, including claims and payment history.

  1. The first step is to set your password. Visit the AblePay Member Portal password reset page. Enter your email and press the RESET button. This will send you an email with a link.
  2. Check your email inbox. Click or visit the link, enter your new password, enter it again to confirm, and press the CHANGE PASSWORD button. Your password is now set.
  3. Re-enter your email and the new password to log in!

Present your card at all medical providers. Your discount will be guaranteed at AblePay participating providers. If your provider is not participating, we will attempt to obtain a discount for you. An updated list of participating providers can be found in the “Providers” page of your Member Portal.

Still have Questions?  Our member support team is always there to help and advocate for you, but you can also find additional information on our website (ablepayhealth.com).
